Abstract

My current research focuses on investigating targeted therapeutic strategies in cancer models, including myeloproliferative neoplasms (MPN) and dedifferentiated liposarcoma (DDLPS). My work examines the effects of CDK4/6 and MDM2 inhibition on cancer cell proliferation, cell cycle progression, apoptosis, and signaling pathways using in vitro and in vivo approaches. I am also interested in understanding molecular mechanisms associated with therapeutic response and resistance.
